I love your ‘I believe’ theory. Having been in marketing for most of my adult life I feel like this is a surprisingly delightful refresher.
I wrote some of my I believes today and other than the normal ones of family is everything, etc it brought of some of those I know I believe but nice to see on paper staring back at me. I believe in celebrating milestones, laughing a lot, stretching yourself outside your comfort zone and seeing beauty in details.
That’s what we thought too the first time we did this. So simple, but effective. THere’s something very magical about seeing it on paper… it makes that belief stronger and you need to support it calls you. x
Just brilliant, this is exactly what I needed to listen to today. It’s what my business is all about, connecting with like minded people, finding my tribe. I am really happy with how I am doing this on instagram so far but it’s nice to remind myself from your video that its the right path for me and I feel so empowered from knowing that. Thanks guys!

Great vid, loved your teaching. Its got me going, thinking & jotting down what’s important to me. I discovered that Individuality, originality in creativity, being ethical, respecting nature & humanity were some on my list with others, related to my creativity. To combine these and my creative endeavour to find my voice is going to be a work in progress, as still trying to work that one out, whilst in a transitioning faze. Cheers!

A couple of my beliefs… I believe we should all be kind to each other and I believe in living a life with fun and purpose.
We love that saying Sarah because so many of us try and please everyone with our content, and completely miss the mark with everyone!

Wow, I am in the process of writing a blog on the plasticity of the brain and the methods we can use to ensure a healthy limbic system!!! It was perfect timing watching this because I was getting completely caught up in providing so much information to qualify my point of view that I was forgetting the WHY. You helped me take stock and reconnect with my “I believe” list, add a few more and remind myself why I wanted to write this blog in the first place. On my list I said “I believe that spontaneity and creativity help us lead a more fulfilling life” and that “we never act in isolation, we are always in relationship with one another, and what we do affects others just as what others do affects us.” This sounds a lot like connecting with my tribe. Thank you ladies. 🙂

Thank you ladies…you are amazing!!! Who you are and how you present your message is so full of love and clarity. I have just launched a new business this week and have felt overwhelmed with how to communicate through social media and build my tribe. Hence I went on a Google search to find training on how to use (literally) the technical side of social media. Then “bingo” you popped in and I realised that my struggles were deeper than i had thought . This exercise is fantastic and has already penetrated the fog!!! Thank you so much for this first video. I started this process with Kylie at the Women’s Health & Fitness Summit, and this video just cemented the importance the process, and really understanding what I believe in so I stay true to myself and what I am putting out into the world. I also believe in “progress over perfection” and that “life is too short for ironing”! Haha! Looking forward to watching Video 2 & 3.
