There’s lots to be thankful for. We all know it, we all hear it, we all read about it, but sometimes we can get so wrapped up in the day-to-day and all the big stuff happening (positive and negative) that we have to literally remind ourselves to stop for a moment and just breathe. Giving yourself the space to be mindful, to check in with your thoughts and feelings, is something I’m especially thankful for this year.
This year has been confronting and rewarding, challenging and joyful, heartbreaking and heartmaking. And I’ve come to realise that connection and courage is all that matters. I’m thankful for our ever growing community of kin, I’m grateful for our generous leapers who embrace courage and share their stories with us each week, and I’m grateful for all of you who read this blog, who reach out with empathy and kind words, who share us with your kin and hold us close.
So today especially…

Whether it’s your morning coffee, cuddling up with a furry friend, spending time with family or some seriously delicious raw chocolate, whether it’s from today, this week, this year or something timeless – who or what would you like to say thanks for?
