With an expanding portfolio of brands, the marketing team at Rockpool, Australia’s most awarded restaurant group, asked us to help create a unifying strategy and approach to managing their content marketing and social media channels.

Starting with a marketing team workshop, we devised a plan that worked across their brands and handled the multitude of different activities in each location.

Speaking
Recognising that educating and skilling up key staff from each location was imperative, we then presented at their annual management meeting, rolling out the communications plan, as well as training them in using their mobile device to capture and edit images on the fly.
